Court Reservations & Open Play
Cancellations 48 hours before booking are eligible for full refund as account credit only

Account credit can be checked under "more" - "billing" - "transactions"
Refund will be automatically processed for Open Play Cancellation due to low numbers/not enough players, back to the original payment method
Clinics & other type of events
Full Refund 72 hours prior to event as account credit only
Refunds are unavailable within 48 hours to reservation or events.
Bookings made through Catch Corner are not eligible for refunds
